Unity Care Hospital is a production-ready, white-label telehealth infrastructure platform: consultations, telemedicine video, pharmacy workflows, emergency dispatch, multilingual AI assistant (AR/EN/FR), and IoT vital monitoring. Payment layer is modular and replaceable. Built by Elmahrosa International (est. 2007).
This is infrastructure pricing, not revenue-multiple pricing. Buyers are acquiring deployable capability and time-to-market advantage.
Booking, scheduling, patient profiles, provider workflows, audit trail.
IncludedWebRTC video calls with real-time signaling / presence layer.
IncludedPrescription workflow, order tracking, delivery status pipeline.
IncludedDispatch triggers and routing logic (SMS/voice provider integration ready).
IncludedMultilingual assistant for triage and navigation (operator-controlled prompts and limits).
IncludedVitals dashboard (HR, BP, Temp, O₂). Device ingestion is modular.
IncludedWhite-label is built into the architecture. The buyer can rebrand without rewriting code: name, colors, logos, contact details, copy, and operational settings.
The core platform sells without Pi. Pi is offered as an optional integration package for buyers targeting Pi ecosystems. It must remain enable/disable and not required for core operation.
Pi integration is delivered as a separate adapter module and documentation package. The core product remains payment-agnostic.
OptionalIntegration lives in an isolated folder (e.g., /integrations/pi) and connects via the platform’s payment adapter interface. Buyers can remove it cleanly with no core rewrite.
Enable/DisableGlobal rights only (no regional exclusivity framing). Escrow-only transfer. Read-only code access available for due diligence.
Note: Regulatory compliance (HIPAA/GDPR/local health authority requirements) is the deploying operator’s responsibility. This platform is infrastructure and deployment tooling — not medical advice.
All due diligence and transfer is handled from one repository. Read-only access is granted after identity confirmation.
